Parent Conferences will be held on November 20th and 21st from 1:15 PM until 7:45 PM.

Beginning on November 7th at 6:00 AM through November 16th at 5:00 PM, you will be able to schedule your child’s conference through Synergy Conference Management. 

Attached you will find a flyer with step-by-step scheduling instructions.

When scheduling your child(ren)’s parent-teacher conference, please keep in mind the following:

• Parents of RECC, PK, kindergarten, first, and second grade students are to schedule conferences with homeroom teachers.

• Parents of students in grades 3 -5 are to schedule conferences with your child’s Session 1 teacher. Your child’s Session 2 teachers will have provided information to these teachers regarding units of instruction and your child’s progress.

• Parents of fourth and fifth grade Session 1 GT Mathematics students, should register with their GT Math teacher (Grade 4: Mrs. Arnett; Grade 5: Mrs. Kimmel)

As you are aware, there are a limited number of fifteen-minute time slots to meet with our teachers.  If you wish to meet with your child(ren)’s teacher(s), please register only with the Homeroom/Session1 teachers noted above.  Any additional conference requests must be scheduled through direct contact with the teacher after the window has closed for Session 1 sign ups.
